I have worked with BG Personnel for over seven years. When I am in a bind, I can pick up the phone and know that I will have a professional and dependable temporary employee to fill in immediately. The last time I had a leasing consultant position open, I hired the first candidate that BG sent me. Tanae had no apartment experience; however, she went on to be my top leaser on my leasing team within one month of employment!
In my experience, hiring leasing consultants that have little to no leasing experience but have gone through BG’s Fair Housing and Leasing training class has been a benefit. I feel I can train them and teach them in a way that will work for my specific community. BG has consistently sent me good candidates who are professional, outgoing, and customer-service oriented. I would recommend BG Personnel for any apartment community in the DFW area.

I have never done this before, but Marty Rollins deserves it.
Marty has been helping us out here at Pinewoods Apartments since December. Prior to that he helped out at Tree Top and Center Place. He does not have his HVAC license or I would have hired him when he first helped out in the summer of '08.
Marty is a very hard and dedicated worker. He shows up on time and goes beyond any expectation of what I want from my own employees. He completes all tasks within a timely manner, and he never complains, nor do you see him "dragging his feet" or on a cell phone. This is why I am letting you know that you have a very good employee that not only represents himself, but BG Personnel, the way you would want someone to represent you.
Marty in no way asked me to do this. I wanted to let you know that you have a great employee working for you.
